In a word, wow! The owner, Arthur kept in touch, was presentable, polite as was his helper. They worked magic on a large apartment full of really nasty carpet (4 wild and crazy kids) The rugs looked better than when we moved in. I am regretting not taking before and afters. Great job at a reasonable price; certainly exceeded expectations.
