I had one VERY DIRTY couch that I thought would have to be replaced. Arthur agreed to look at my couch and let me know if it could be cleaned. When he arrived at my home he put booties over his shoes so he did not track anything into the house (which I was very impressed with). We discussed the couch and he thought that it could be cleaned. He was so right. When I got home from work that night the couch looked like brand new. He called my husband the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I am thrilled with the outcome.
